Entrepreneur Visa

The Entrepreneur Visa is for people who want to work in their own business in New Zealand. The Visa allows applicant to move to New Zealand and buy or establish a business.

To apply, you’ll need to provide a detailed business plan, have at least NZ $100,000 to invest in your business and be able to claim 120 points on our points scale. If you’re granted this visa, you can buy or set up a business without living here permanently, or as a first step towards New Zealand permanent residence.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Point Score: Applicant must score 120 Points based on factors about the likely success of the business and its value to New Zealand
• Age: 24 Years or more
• Minimum Capital Investment: NZ$100,000
• Minimum Business/Sr. Management Experience: 3 years
• Minimum Job Creation: 1
• Business must be Based outside Auckland
