The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) - Entrepreneur stream
The Entrepreneur Stream of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) allows experienced business owners and senior business managers to start, obtain or partner in a business in Saskatchewan and participate in the day-to-day management duties, while residing in Saskatchewan.
After operating a Saskatchewan business for at least 6 months, applicant can be nominated for Canadian permanent resident status.
Minimum requirements to apply under the SINP– Entrepreneurial Stream
Minimum investment: A minimum of $300,000 (CAD) in Regina and Saskatoon or a minimum of $200,000 (CAD) in all other Saskatchewan communities
Minimum Net worth: $500,000 (CAD)
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant business management or entrepreneurial experience gained in the past ten years
Language proficiency: IELTS with CLB Level 5
Age: Below 55
Qualification: Minimum 10+2
Must provide active and on-going participation in the day-to-day management and direction of the business
If you intend to establish a new business in Regina or Saskatoon, your business plan must include the creation of at least 2 jobs for Canadian citizens or permanent residents in Saskatchewan.
